Hi my name is Eddy Rimmer-Stokes, I’ve been training with Sean now for 18 months, originally I wanted to train with Sean to get extra general fitness going, to be able to feel good at the same time. Over the 18 months I’ve lost 20 kilos in weight, obviously feel a great posture been able to improve step by step he’s changed my program on a three-month scale to basically correspond with what my needs are now I’ve lost the weight and building up and I’ve been able to do um extra things like power lifting. I’ve been entering in like competitions and uh yeah it’s personally really good and feel better for it so yeah definitely worth it.
