As experienced trainers we often hear stories from individuals who have followed generic online exercise programmes and achieved little to no results due to the un-personalised nature of their new guidance.
This is why we believe that the initial consultation should always be very thorough to ensure that the trainer and client can work out an appropriate strategy together to achieve every pre-determined goal. In mind of this we always aim to review each importantly linked area such as body composition, current fitness level, injury history, lifestyle commitments and previous training background to name just a few before writing a new programme.
