As experienced trainers we often hear stories from individuals who have followed generic online exercise programmes and achieved little to no results due to the un-personalised nature of their new guidance.
This is why all of our initial consultations are underpinned by evidence-based practices and research, as this supports the reliability and validity of our subsequent approaches to helping every client achieve their pre-determined goals. In example of this we always review each importantly linked area such as body composition, current fitness level, injury history, lifestyle commitments and previous training background to name just a few before we set about writing each new plan.

Initial Goal AssessmentOnce your programme has been purchased a phone or video call consultation will be arranged to discuss your goals, general fitness level and previous injury history if you do not opt-in for our full assessment service.
1 Free PT SessionIn addition, to the embedded explanation video links you can also take up the option of 1 online or in person PT session (60 minutes) to go through the correct techniques for every prescribed exercise.
Complimentary ProgrammesFor further support each plan which we write will be accompanied by bespoke rehab guidance to improve your flexibility and additional HIIT routines if required.
24 / 7 SupportAfter your trainer runs you through a detailed breakdown of each new programme you can still contact them again at anytime with a related query to obtain their expert advice.
