SPORT MASSAGE THERAPY
Sports massage therapy (SMT) is one of our most popular and long-standing services which is regularly arranged as either a standalone treatment by each client at their own discretion, or as a referral recommendation from our physiotherapists.
As our experiences continue to prove SMT is an effective treatment for helping to reduce any inflammation linked to soft tissue (muscular) injuries. In addition, it also acts as a great intervention to help improve flexibility, posture, prepare the body for future athletic activity and alleviate any post workout tension in the muscles.
Irrespective of whether your preference is to utilise the benefits of this service on a regular basis or just check-in for more ad-hoc appointments we always welcome any type of booking.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Alongside sports massage therapy we additionally offer a remedial massage service, which is centred around relieving built up physical and physiological tension in the body through the application of lighter soft tissue (muscular) techniques. Everyone of our treatments will often mirror many of the popular relaxation practices used in both traditional Indian head and Swedish massage.

I have damage to my spine which leads to a lack of mobility and pain in my back and right leg. Sean’s therapy sessions have really helped to build my confidence and movement which I am very grateful for.

Following my massage session and Sean’s exercise recommendations for my shoulder I was able to get back to training again properly and living a life without pain. I now always see Sean first any-time I get a niggling injury or just need to relieve general tension.
