Hey guys it’s jay here I’ve just finished one assures awesome boot camps if you want high energy if you want two birds with fat if you want to get some lean muscle this is the place to come it starts at six thirty in the morning Monday Wednesday and Fridays I’ve got to tell you after every session I am buzzing all day it’s a fantastic workout Sean J and Sophie really good they take you around a circuit and it’s you know it just gets you going for the day and gets you ready and if you want to see instant inch loss over a ten week course you know you’re going to come in feeling not too good and leave feeling absolutely amazing and fantastic so I highly recommend Sean’s boot camps come and check them out there Monday Wednesday and Fridays at six thirty at the Broadstone Sports Center.

I’m les I rejoined bootcamp after a year’s break to get some more flexibility because my back I so saw the amazing thing was my back’s never been better I wish I’d come back sooner and it’s been a great ten weeks it feels like it’s gonna be such a long time and actually it goes smoothly I’d recommend it to anyone because you get back to the car and evening you think oh I did that this morning I can go straight home brilliant.

My name’s Adam 47 this is my second bootcamp I think in the cut in the to bootcamps combined I’ve lost some 9 or 10% and gotten fat I really like timing it’s better than the gyms gyms bar find the gym for end and the same thing on my own you come in here and you do lots of activities it’s different every day you get to push yourself as hard as far as little as you want and you find you get so much fitter over the course I think I’ve never been so fit in my entire life in societies boot camps that I love them like they’re brilliant.

Hi My name is Maria and we have just done Friday morning of week 3 of 28 Days. I signed up because I needed to do something over the Summer to keep me going, it’s brilliant fun. Mondays and Fridays we were in the hall and Wednesdays we were on the playing field so it’s like doing school games! Friday is always a bit of fun. Working with partners. It is such a great group everyone is really supportive, Sean and his team are fab, they’ll come and show you the exercises and make sure that you are doing everything properly. Doing it safe! Just nothing to lose really, apart from some weight! so come along!
