The Junction Sports and Leisure Centre in Broadstone, Poole has a gym which houses a fully equipped weightlifting suite designed for Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting. The facility also incorporates a full range of up-to date cardio machines and many functional training options inclusive of cables, ropes, TRX’s, powerbags, boxing equipment and much much more.
Lifewise Gym in Bournemouth (part of YMCA Bournemouth) benefited from a complete refurbishment in the summer of 2023.
The gym now offers excellent facilities including a new weights area and large sports hall.
