Hi my name’s Marie I’ve been a member of a gym for 20 years but I was stuck in a rut I wasn’t really working out hard even though I went to the gym and I was probably eating everything I could just because I thought I’ve been to the gym that day so somebody recommended Sean’s boot camp I came along he’s one of the nicest instructors that I’ve ever met and he’s paid me to say that by the way but no honestly he makes every workout fun you don’t realise how hard you’re working because of the effort he puts in and to the things that you do so it keeps you entertained we’ve recommended friends to come here and there’s a group of six of us now and we turn up 3 times a week at 6:30 in the morning regardless of the wind rain or anything and because everybody’s hips like a family and there’s no judging you you work to your own pace so I really highly recommend it and Sean and his team are absolutely amazing so come down have some fun get fit and feel good.

Hey guys it’s jay here I’ve just finished one assures awesome boot camps if you want high energy if you want two birds with fat if you want to get some lean muscle this is the place to come it starts at six thirty in the morning Monday Wednesday and Fridays I’ve got to tell you after every session I am buzzing all day it’s a fantastic workout Sean J and Sophie really good they take you around a circuit and it’s you know it just gets you going for the day and gets you ready and if you want to see instant inch loss over a ten week course you know you’re going to come in feeling not too good and leave feeling absolutely amazing and fantastic so I highly recommend Sean’s boot camps come and check them out there Monday Wednesday and Fridays at six thirty at the Broadstone Sports Center.

Hello, I’m Gail, I’m 66, rapidly heading towards 67 and I am a Pilates Teacher. I love coming to Bootcamp and doing all sorts of sports, I play tennis, squash, do a little bit of running. In my earlier life I was a midwife and nurse for 40 years and during that time I sustained injury to my spine and my pelvis on which I have had major surgery. I’ve also had 2 hip replacements, when I had the second one I came to Sean Burgess Fitness and he helped to rehabilitate me and to get my legs and my muscles strong again which is important after you have had these operations. I really enjoy it, I also love doing Pilates, I just wanted to say that when I come here at 6.30 in the morning I think ‘ Oh my goodness.” but when you walk out of here at quarter past 7 after doing exercises Oh my goodness the feeling is so good. And I would wish it for everyone to have a go, coming here you don’t have to compete with anyone it’s just yourself and starting off to learn things and work your way up is a really good thing to think about and it also gives you confidence in what you are doing, because as a working mum and that means full-time mums aswell, looking after your children and your partner, you need to take a little bit of time for you. I think that is what is important as well. To have a little bit of time, just one hour 2 or 3 times a week, just for you to actually feel good about yourself. So come along and try it and see how you get on I’m sure you really will enjoy it and it sets you up for the day as well! So best of luck, have a go and it doesn’t matter how old or young you are you can always do something. There is no need to feel ‘I can’t!’ – Can’t means won’t! So take the bull by the horns and come along and have a go at any exercise that you would like to do! Good Luck!
