Every one of our 10 week Invincible Bootcamp courses delivers 30 truly unique and enjoyable training sessions which are all proven to deliver results for every person that attends regardless of age, body shape or current fitness level.

At less than £4 per session when bought outright you not only receive 2.5 months of expert led training, free access to our online resource area and round the clock group support but you can also utilise our fully equipped on-site shower/ changing room facilities as well at no extra charge.

How often do the courses run?

Our 3 IBC courses each year run for 10 weeks & start in either January, May or September (see specific schedule below).

IBC21 will run from: Monday 9 September to Friday 15 November
28 Days of Fitness course follows: Monday 18 November to Sunday 15 December

*Note that you can join our courses at any time after they start, depending on when this is further block booking discounts might be available.

How much does IBC Cost?

Each 30 session IBC course costs £96 (£3.20 a session) however, we do have further discounts available if you join up outside of week 1. For more information about this and our cashback referral system which rewards you for referring anyone new to us please send an email to

When do the sessions take place?

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.

What are running times?

Our IBC sessions last 45 minutes running from 6:30 to 7:15am.

Where does IBC take place?

Every one of our IBC sessions take place in the main sports hall at The Junction Sports and Leisure Centre, Broadstone (BH18 8AX)

Do I need to be a SB Fitness or Broadstone Member to take part?

IBC is open to everyone however under 16’s do require parental permission. No membership is required as the course price covers all of your entry fees and use of the changing facilities.

Free parking is also available outside and adjacent to the centre with over 100 potential spaces available.
