Our small group personal training sessions which bring 3 – 5 similar minded individuals together to train towards the same goals continue to be very popular amongst all of our committed clients. In our eyes this is directly attributed to the fact that they offer a great source of motivation and more personalised benefits than just a normal group exercise class.
In example, where it’s common to often get overlooked during an exercise class due to the large numbers taking part, we always ensure that in each session you continually get shown the correct techniques on the most personally appropriate exercises.
Further to this great benefit exercising in a small group also provides the opportunity for us as your coaches to regularly monitor your overall progress and subsequently tweak our set training programme if needed.
Lastly and perhaps most importantly, taking part in these structured sessions for some can be more enjoyable as it breaks up the rigour of regularly exercising on your own.

Bespoke First Review
To ensure that your future training is fully personalised we always complete a full injury screen and thorough review of your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and muscular strength in your first session with us.
Personalised Exercise Plan
Building on the initial review findings we will then email you a suitable exercise plan to follow alongside your personal training sessions with us.
Innovative Strength Tracking
To counter against any common training pitfalls we always provide personalised strength and conditioning programmes inclusive of archived results, fatigue management tracking functions and built in formulas to highlight in-session lifting targets.
24/7 Body Composition and Fitness Support
So that we can help you stay focused when striving to achieve your current training goals you can privately review your set body composition, calorie and fitness targets online at any-time.
Free Nutrition Guidance
Outside of following a separately purchased bespoke nutrition plan from us your trainer will send you a general information guide, a link to complete our online food diary and arrange 24/7 access to a training log which highlights your current calorie and macro requirements.
Regular Reviews
In addition, to every body composition check-in halfway through each training phase we will always re-review your full health and fitness assessments every 10 weeks to determine if you have achieved your agreed goals.We deliver our sessions in the following locations
