My overall aim of training was to gain weight in muscle mass for my rugby and it just wasn’t happening. After meeting Sean he then set me a combined gym program and diet plan. Immediately I saw improvement and within the first month I put on just under a stone (13 lbs) in weight which was brilliant as this was my aim to do over many months not just one.
I also saw improvements in my overall strength. Student as the weights I was lifting kept improving each week. Sean is an excellent trainer and set me up with everything I needed to achieve my goal and was very enthusiastic with helping me in my improvement and, I would highly recommend using him whether you want to gain or lose weight as he is a high class enthusiastic professional. Every time we spoke he always explained everything in a clear and easy to understand way and was always willing to help with any queries I had along the way.

I have been working with Sean for about a year now and can honestly say it’s been a game changer; having studied Sport & Exercise science at University and with a keen interest in Exercise physiology, it was brilliant to find a PT with such a high level of knowledge, passion for the most up to date training techniques and experience to support this. It has 100% ensured progression in terms of my fitness and performance, but also maintained my motivation, backed up by a wealth of other services along the way e.g. regular reviews, screencasts to support training, access to advice outside of training sessions, physiotherapy, acupuncture, dietary advice etc Sean’s help has been incredible and he works hard to ensure that progress is focused and tracked carefully through the training platform that he shares with clients.
