It is clear how much effort Sean’s team and Sean himself in particular put into the bootcamp sessions, with every session having a unique set of exercises to keep things interesting. The enthusiasm from their team each morning makes it a fantastic way to start the day. Each session has a good mix of strength and cardio elements, so it is always a great full body workout, and is clearly effective based on the results so many have achieved over the years. I would highly recommend giving the bootcamp a go!

I’d heard about Sean through love friends of mine and acknowledge apparent was unbelievable so I thought of giving it go and to his credit it’s not as you an exercise it’s been accident I’ve been coming to see Sean now for about three years and in those three years I’ve managed to lose 3% body fat it’s on old web down to 10% I mention for 118 pounds of muscle I can now plank for 10 minutes where originally it was only for a minute and a half I’ve been too nice to step ups in a minute and yesterday I managed to complete with Sean’s help the London Marathon which I was really chuffed about.

Playing regular sport until the age of 45 kept my weight down but my knees, ankles and hips were suffering so I gave the lot up!
Seven years later (and two stone heavier) I decided to join the gym!
I had been dieting and exercising for six months when Sean Burgess saw me on the treadmill, struggling and limping, so he suggested to me that I needed a structured program to help me get the most from my efforts and strengthen my problem knees and ankles. 15 sessions later and I’m playing football (ok, not too competitively) again without using a knee brace or ankle support. I’ve dropped another stone in weight, my ‘beer belly’ is reducing and my body shape has been very much improved. I’m stronger, fitter and in better shape that I was ten years ago!
Every session with Sean is different and never dull. They are well balanced between strength, cardio and suppleness and Sean’s nutritional advice is helping too. He is not an ‘aggressive’ task master – he gently encourages – and I always enjoy my hour with him.
The gym is a much more interesting place to go now and rather than just using the cross trainer, running and rowing machines I use a number of exercises and techniques that I have learned from Sean.

We both joined the Gym in October 2016 and spent three months training on our own with no clear plan, in hindsight overdoing the cardio sessions. We realised after that period we needed guidance on our training so decided to join up with Sean for 10 weeks of personal training along with getting him to write a personalised nutritional plan for us.
Each session with Sean was never the same as every week there would be a different challenge to conquer. Sean’s approach to the sessions makes them very enjoyable and fun but at the same time week on week you are being pushed a little further, the difference in our fitness levels at the end of the 10 weeks was remarkably evident.
Overall we both lost over 1 stone (15lbs+) in weight and over 5 and 8 inches each across all of our body measurements which was an extremely pleasing result.
We would definitely recommend Sean to any other couple or individual who are looking to lose weight or start a new fitness program.

This all changed when I met Sean and, he ran me through an impressive fitness assessment so he could set-up a routine that would suit my needs.
Sean’s manor and approach was very professional yet still fun, the information I gained from Sean about nutrition and diet was fantastic and every exercise routine was varied and interesting, his enthusiasm and motivation is great. I have lost 21 pounds in 6 months and my fitness has improved to a great level.
