In theory selecting a healthy over non healthy food seems like a straightforward and principally important task however, just making these day to day choices is unfortunately not enough to achieve optimal all round results.
Conscious of this we continually review all of our detailed nutrition strategies to ensure that our 1-1 coaching alongside every plan that we put together is truly bespoke, educational and most importantly full-fills every persons sought after outcomes. Step 1 – Once your plan is purchased we will send you a link to fill in our nutrition assessment questionnaire from your computer or phone.
Step 2 – After submitting this a second follow-up email will be sent over containing a 7-day food diary which we recommend is completed in full.
Step 3 – Upon receipt of the diary our nutritionist will write your bespoke plan and additionally give you a check-in call beforehand if you are using our coaching services.
Step 4 – After your measurements and starting pictures are taken strictly follow the plan alongside our nutritionists coaching advice.
Step 5 – After 10 weeks our nutritionist will arrange a complementary check-in phone call with you to review your body composition and general progress (All Clients).
Through utilising our nutrition plans we aim to take you an educational journey of discovery which we hope will inspire you to make positive lifelong changes to both your lifestyle and training habits.
