After a receiving many requests from our loyal followers, we are very pleased to now add ‘flexibility matters online’ to our current line-up of established classes.

Delivered every Saturday morning at 9am live on Zoom, each unique 45-minute session is focused on improving your bodies movement, strength, and subsequent performance through a range of easy-to-follow stretches and exercises.

HOW OUR LIVESTREAM SESSIONS WORK

As mentioned above we livestream every session through ‘Zoom’, the popular free to download video communication app which can be installed on either your laptop, phone, or tablet.

Once your purchase has been made, we will send you an automatic appointment invite via email. When this is opened you will notice that there is a clear hyperlink to click on so that you can log straight in for the upcoming class a few minutes before the scheduled start time.

For ideal space and visibility, we recommend setting-up your training area about 10 foot away from the monitor screen.

We encourage you to check your junk/spam folders if you cannot see any notifications from us within your inbox. If for any reason you still haven’t received a code, please email us through info@seanburgessfitness.com for technical assistance.

Sean’s flexibility class on a Saturday morning has been an absolute god send for me this year. At the end of a long week of home workouts and running around after the kids it gives me the calming, centering effect of yoga and the physical challenge of a good resistance workout.
