Sean is brilliant. I first got to know him when I signed up for some of his fitness sessions in my mid 40s, and from the very first session it was clear he knows what he’s doing and how to get results. Since then he’s done sessions for my two teenage lads and helped them both make great improvements to their strength, conditioning and all round fitness. The sessions are full-on, but pitched at exactly the right level (even for someone like myself who hadn’t been in a gym for years), well balanced between different exercises and challenges, and with an impressive focus on technique that make it clear how well he knows his subject. For my boys he also incorporates loads of useful information about diet, and how to use specific exercises to help with their different sports. He’s even chipped in to help my 12 year old with techniques, and included an introductory exercise plan, and generally tries to help all the boys whenever he can. Overall, you couldn’t ask for more, and I would VERY highly recommend him.
