Hi I’m Paul Andrews a specialist nutrition coach who works with the SB Fitness team and their clients.
I found my way to being where i am today after spending more than 10 years training within gyms growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of explanation around why I was being told to train or eat a particular way by different coaches.
With this in mind I decided to do my own personal training and nutrition qualifications so I could understand the principles behind the best way to condition myself and others that i would subsequently go onto to work with in a professional capacity.
I find that the industry is saturated with too much opinion and misinformation that is preventing people from being able to make sustainable changes to their lives. This is why I am dedicated to educating people on facts not myths in order to help them not only achieve their short-term fitness goals but continue afterwards to lead healthy happy lives.
