As the seller we have the legal right to refuse a full refund if the request has been made outside of the 14 day window from when you first received your purchased item/s. Once your refund request has been received you then have 14 days to return your order to us at the address listed below either in person or via a shipping courier. A failure to send your order to us within 14 days will result in your accepted refund being subsequently cancelled. Please be aware that we will require an online receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete your return.

You must pay all shipping costs to cover the return of your purchased items, unfortunately all of this outlay is non-refundable.
To be eligible for a full refund your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you first received it.
Once your return has been received and inspected you will be notified via email that we have looked over your item/s and that your refund request has been approved or rejected. If your refund request is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Please be aware that only regular priced items can be refunded meaning that sales items are exempt from the return policy conditions outlined on this page.
Under UK law we can only replace items that are proven to be defective or damaged. If your total shipping costs exceed £70 then we encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service.
