I met sean probably at the right time of my life when I was in need of motivation and confidence building. I used to really get out of breath by doing simple activities such as walking and climbing stairs. I started having my one to one training sessions with Sean in 2010. He helped me to motivate myself mentally and pyhsically.
I like the fact that ever training session is different. I always leave by thanking Sean by saying I really enjoyed the session and feel so much better for it! I am now at the stage where I go running outside with Sean I never thought in a million years I would ever get to that level! Who knows I might even end up running the London Marathon in the future!
