Have you found yourself up until the early hours of the morning, playing games on your phone or watching rubbish tv. I know this is not news to you, but you gain NOTHING from doing this. You are no wiser for the experience so my advice is go to bed. You will feel fresher and more productive in the morning and it is a scientific fact that the longer you stay awake the more your metabolism slows as your brain tries to preserve energy. Studies show that 8.5 hours is the optimum amount of sleep. How much do you get?

Drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise and not only will your hydrated muscles will be super strong you will also bounce back more quickly after exercise.
