Before I met Sean my fitness levels were next to nothing, just walking up the stairs my legs would hurt. I was doing my normal thing at the gym when Sean asked if I wanted to book a session with him in which I agreed. I have been having fitness sessions with Sean for three years now and I have never looked back, Sean has given me great advice on nutrition and my eating habits, also given me exercise programs to help on the days I don’t have a session. I have been to Sean’s boxing class a few times which is thoroughly enjoyable.
