Sean is a genuinely nice individual who is motivated, keen and a good role model. I have trained with Sean for the last 18 months and he has improved not only my fitness levels but my co-ordination and flexibility too.
I am a middle aged grandmother but Sean ensures me I am at “prime” of my life and his encouragement and good sense attitude to training makes every session worthwhile. I feel fitter and healthier than I did when in my 30’s! Sean not only takes an interest in the work carried out in the gym but also in maintaining a healthy balanced diet and offers good practical advice. Sean has a great sense of humour, he introduces new challenges on a regular basis to keep me motivated and we always manage to have fun!
