How often does bootcamp take place?

Our 3 IBC courses always run for 10 weeks, with each one kicking off in either January, May or September (see below).

IBC 37 From: 18th May – 24th July 2026
Next course: IBC 38 | 14th September – 6th November 2026

Note that you can join our courses at any time after they start, depending on when this is further block booking discounts might be available.

How much does IBC Cost?

Each 30 session IBC course costs £99 (£3.30 a session). However, we do have further discounts available if you join up outside of week 1. For more information about this and our cashback referral system which rewards you for bringing anyone new to train with us please send an email to info@seanburgessfitness.com.

When and where does bootcamp take place?

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:30 to 7:15am in the main sports hall at The Junction Sports and Leisure Centre, Broadstone (BH18 8AX).

Do I need to be a Sean Burgess Fitness or Broadstone Member to take part?

IBC is open to everyone however under 16’s do require parental permission. No membership is required as the course price covers all of your entry fees and use of the changing facilities.

Free parking is also available outside and adjacent to the centre with over 100 potential spaces available.

hi everyone my name is jay and i am a new father and I have been doing bootcamp now for the 10 weeks I’ve just completed it so what made me join boot camp well the starters I wanted to lose a little bit of weight and keep my fitness up working in an office you can kind of lose some of your fitness so I needed some form of motivation and I’ve done that before and it’s really good for that I’d say that one of the best aspects of bootcamp is the fact that when you do some of the different exercises you get different themes you work different muscle sets and each class has a challenge in a good way and essentially you feel that you’ve really pushed yourself after every lesson but more importantly once you finish the lesson you actually feel quite energized and you feel ready to start the day so I think I’d say to anyone that wants to do joined boot camp is just to just its goal in just do it and you will find that you really enjoy it and you’ll probably want to come back for more we’re a lovely little family everyone knows each other and it would be really cool if you joined us.

Hello, I’m Gail, I’m 66, rapidly heading towards 67 and I am a Pilates Teacher. I love coming to Bootcamp and doing all sorts of sports, I play tennis, squash, do a little bit of running. In my earlier life I was a midwife and nurse for 40 years and during that time I sustained injury to my spine and my pelvis on which I have had major surgery. I’ve also had 2 hip replacements, when I had the second one I came to Sean Burgess Fitness and he helped to rehabilitate me and to get my legs and my muscles strong again which is important after you have had these operations. I really enjoy it, I also love doing Pilates, I just wanted to say that when I come here at 6.30 in the morning I think ‘ Oh my goodness.” but when you walk out of here at quarter past 7 after doing exercises Oh my goodness the feeling is so good. And I would wish it for everyone to have a go, coming here you don’t have to compete with anyone it’s just yourself and starting off to learn things and work your way up is a really good thing to think about and it also gives you confidence in what you are doing, because as a working mum and that means full-time mums aswell, looking after your children and your partner, you need to take a little bit of time for you. I think that is what is important as well. To have a little bit of time, just one hour 2 or 3 times a week, just for you to actually feel good about yourself. So come along and try it and see how you get on I’m sure you really will enjoy it and it sets you up for the day as well! So best of luck, have a go and it doesn’t matter how old or young you are you can always do something. There is no need to feel ‘I can’t!’ – Can’t means won’t! So take the bull by the horns and come along and have a go at any exercise that you would like to do! Good Luck!

My name’s Adam 47 this is my second bootcamp I think in the cut in the to bootcamps combined I’ve lost some 9 or 10% and gotten fat I really like timing it’s better than the gyms gyms bar find the gym for end and the same thing on my own you come in here and you do lots of activities it’s different every day you get to push yourself as hard as far as little as you want and you find you get so much fitter over the course I think I’ve never been so fit in my entire life in societies boot camps that I love them like they’re brilliant.
