How often do the courses run?

Our 3 IBC courses each year run for 10 weeks and start in either January, May or September (see specific schedule below).

IBC 31 From:  13th May – 19th July 2024
Next course: IBC 32 | 9th September – 15th November 2024

*Note that you can join our courses at any time after they start, depending on when this is further block booking discounts might be available.

How much does IBC Cost?

Each 30 session IBC course costs £96 (£3.20 a session) however, we do have further discounts available if you join up outside of week 1. For more information about this and our cashback referral system which rewards you for referring anyone new to us please send an email to info@seanburgessfitness.com.

When do the Bootcamp sessions take place?

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.

What are the Bootcamp running times?

Our IBC sessions last 45 minutes running from 6:30 to 7:15am.

Where does IBC take place?

Every one of our IBC sessions take place in the main sports hall at The Junction Sports and Leisure Centre, Broadstone (BH18 8AX)

Do I need to be a Sean Burgess Fitness or Broadstone Member to take part?

IBC is open to everyone however under 16’s do require parental permission. No membership is required as the course price covers all of your entry fees and use of the changing facilities.

Free parking is also available outside and adjacent to the centre with over 100 potential spaces available.

Okay I signed up for the course pretty much 24 hours before it started I didn’t really know what i was getting myself in for just saw the posters why not um over the course of 10 weeks it’s not only changed my physique but literally the way I literally wake up in the morning I’ve gone from waking up half an hour before i need to go to work to wake another six every day send me to a morning person actually speak to people in the morning now at work and I don’t think i’m a grumpy monster and it’s just really made me overall my improved mood and everything um managed to lose eight body fat in ten weeks and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it I’ve even got my brother to join up and i’ve got a few friends joining up for the next one i thoroughly recommend it it’s one of the best things I’ve done this year.

Hi my name is Christina and I am 23 years old and this is the 4th bootcamp that I have done, I did one in Broadstone and I have done a 2 of the of 28 day challenges. And last time I was the Bootcamp Winner for ‘Biggest Transformation’. I lost from the beginning of the first 28 days that I did to the end of the 10 week bootcamp, I lost over a stone. That’s what I like about bootcamp- it is exactly that! That’s what I wanted a transformation and it happened and I lost the weight that I wanted to lose and then I have been carrying on since just for the purpose of keeping fit! It makes me sweat! Job done!!

hi everyone my name is jay and i am a new father and I have been doing bootcamp now for the 10 weeks I’ve just completed it so what made me join boot camp well the starters I wanted to lose a little bit of weight and keep my fitness up working in an office you can kind of lose some of your fitness so I needed some form of motivation and I’ve done that before and it’s really good for that I’d say that one of the best aspects of bootcamp is the fact that when you do some of the different exercises you get different themes you work different muscle sets and each class has a challenge in a good way and essentially you feel that you’ve really pushed yourself after every lesson but more importantly once you finish the lesson you actually feel quite energized and you feel ready to start the day so I think I’d say to anyone that wants to do joined boot camp is just to just its goal in just do it and you will find that you really enjoy it and you’ll probably want to come back for more we’re a lovely little family everyone knows each other and it would be really cool if you joined us.

It is clear how much effort Sean’s team and Sean himself in particular put into the bootcamp sessions, with every session having a unique set of exercises to keep things interesting. The enthusiasm from their team each morning makes it a fantastic way to start the day. Each session has a good mix of strength and cardio elements, so it is always a great full body workout, and is clearly effective based on the results so many have achieved over the years. I would highly recommend giving the bootcamp a go!
