If you are serious about working hard towards your personal goals then Sean is your man ! He has really helped, motivated and advised me in every aspect of my training, nutrition and lifestyle choices since starting to train with him, very knowledgable guy who also has the rare talent of being able to communicate his knowledge in an understandable and effective way, the training itself is always varied and fun but also always very hard work, make no mistake he will work you hard but the results are amazing.. personally since starting to train with Sean i have lost 14 kilos and 8 inches off my waist in 3 months and have gone from getting out of breath thinking about running to now jogging over 25 kilometeres a week
