Hi my name is Christina and I am 23 years old and this is the 4th bootcamp that I have done, I did one in Broadstone and I have done a 2 of the of 28 day challenges. And last time I was the Bootcamp Winner for ‘Biggest Transformation’. I lost from the beginning of the first 28 days that I did to the end of the 10 week bootcamp, I lost over a stone. That’s what I like about bootcamp- it is exactly that! That’s what I wanted a transformation and it happened and I lost the weight that I wanted to lose and then I have been carrying on since just for the purpose of keeping fit! It makes me sweat! Job done!!

Its all over body Fitness it doesn’t focus on just one thing every session there’s different exercises and it really taxes your whole body I’ve actually noticed I’m much more toned now I have lost a bit of body weight but actually I’ve lost quite a lot of percentage body fat which is a great achievement I think it provides a structured exercise environment so if you’re struggling with motivation once you sign up you come along and they gently push you through each session to get your best out of it.

I’d heard about Sean through love friends of mine and acknowledge apparent was unbelievable so I thought of giving it go and to his credit it’s not as you an exercise it’s been accident I’ve been coming to see Sean now for about three years and in those three years I’ve managed to lose 3% body fat it’s on old web down to 10% I mention for 118 pounds of muscle I can now plank for 10 minutes where originally it was only for a minute and a half I’ve been too nice to step ups in a minute and yesterday I managed to complete with Sean’s help the London Marathon which I was really chuffed about.

At the age of 45 I thought it would be time to join a gym, having never been in the gym before I done the normal thing of turning up with no planned routine. This all changed when I met Sean and, he ran me through an impressive fitness assessment so he could set-up a routine that would suit my needs.
Sean’s manor and approach was very professional yet still fun, the information I gained from Sean about nutrition and diet was fantastic and every exercise routine was varied and interesting, his enthusiasm and motivation is great. I have lost 21 pounds in 6 months and my fitness has improved to a great level.

I have damage to my spine which leads to a lack of mobility, and pain in my back and right leg. Sean has helped to build my confidence to enable me to move more. He shows great patience and care, and when I am unable to do a particular exercise he finds an alternative which I can manage. He has taught me a lot about how my body works, and which muscle groups I need to work on.
Sean is friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable and committed to getting the best results possible, whether you are able-bodied or have difficulties I cannot recommend him highly enough.

For me it is structure – I would struggle to motivate myself without it and plus it is done early in the morning and you have got the rest of the day to yourself. It has kind of changed my mindset really. It has made me think about how I live my life. It has made me realise I can do more than what I was. And I have just got a hell of a lot fitter!

hi I’m Fran I’m a senior lady of quite a bit weight I joined boot camp to do something about right and my fitness level it’s been very hard but very worthwhile the camaraderie in the whole of the class is incredible with encouragement from any member is incredible the trainer’s encourage you at every level working really really hard at the end of each session I feel dead but within half an hour I feel so full of energy and so good mentally it’s well worth doing whatever size whatever age give it a go.
