Signed up with Sean late 2022, i had just got a place to run the Lakeland 50, 50 miles of hills in the Lake District! Since 2021 i had struggled with patella pain in my right knee, i had been going to the gym in an attempt to fix this but didnt really have an direction.
From day one Sean showed great professionalism and knowledge, helping me on a weekly basis to build the right strength base in order to attempt the 50 miles. Starting with improving strength and building upto endurance, my running form and ability vastly improved and after six months my knee was 90% better, i no longer have to wear tape or supports which is a great relief!
I finished the Lakeland 50 in 13 hours and 40 minutes, 470th out of 1500 runners.
Thanks to Sean and his training programs, i got round the run in a very respectable time, still running at the end too!
Sean is a great lad who will always take time out if busy schedule to reply to any messages or fit you in at the gym for a session.
Recommended to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer and wants to get results! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi I’m Julie, I am 50 years old, I have been doing bootcamp for a few years now, this is my 5th or 6th bootcamp. I really enjoy it it has transformed how I feel about myself, I’ve lost weight I eat healthily. It is really brilliant to get all your exercise out of the way in the morning so that get home, have a decent breakfast and get on with your day and not worry about having to do any exercise in the evening. I have met loads of new people and made some close friends that we see socially. It’s just really fantastic, I’ve completely changed my body shape, I had problems with my knees before, all sorts of joint problems and doing exercise has really helped that. And I would recommend it anybody, any shape or size, any age, It’s FANTASTIC!!

We both joined the Gym in October 2016 and spent three months training on our own with no clear plan, in hindsight overdoing the cardio sessions. We realised after that period we needed guidance on our training so decided to join up with Sean for 10 weeks of personal training along with getting him to write a personalised nutritional plan for us.
Each session with Sean was never the same as every week there would be a different challenge to conquer. Sean’s approach to the sessions makes them very enjoyable and fun but at the same time week on week you are being pushed a little further, the difference in our fitness levels at the end of the 10 weeks was remarkably evident.
Overall we both lost over 1 stone (15lbs+) in weight and over 5 and 8 inches each across all of our body measurements which was an extremely pleasing result.
We would definitely recommend Sean to any other couple or individual who are looking to lose weight or start a new fitness program.

Its all over body Fitness it doesn’t focus on just one thing every session there’s different exercises and it really taxes your whole body I’ve actually noticed I’m much more toned now I have lost a bit of body weight but actually I’ve lost quite a lot of percentage body fat which is a great achievement I think it provides a structured exercise environment so if you’re struggling with motivation once you sign up you come along and they gently push you through each session to get your best out of it.

I’m les I rejoined bootcamp after a year’s break to get some more flexibility because my back I so saw the amazing thing was my back’s never been better I wish I’d come back sooner and it’s been a great ten weeks it feels like it’s gonna be such a long time and actually it goes smoothly I’d recommend it to anyone because you get back to the car and evening you think oh I did that this morning I can go straight home brilliant.

hi everyone my name is jay and i am a new father and I have been doing bootcamp now for the 10 weeks I’ve just completed it so what made me join boot camp well the starters I wanted to lose a little bit of weight and keep my fitness up working in an office you can kind of lose some of your fitness so I needed some form of motivation and I’ve done that before and it’s really good for that I’d say that one of the best aspects of bootcamp is the fact that when you do some of the different exercises you get different themes you work different muscle sets and each class has a challenge in a good way and essentially you feel that you’ve really pushed yourself after every lesson but more importantly once you finish the lesson you actually feel quite energized and you feel ready to start the day so I think I’d say to anyone that wants to do joined boot camp is just to just its goal in just do it and you will find that you really enjoy it and you’ll probably want to come back for more we’re a lovely little family everyone knows each other and it would be really cool if you joined us.

Hi I’m Toby farm 22 years of age I’ve been training with Sean since the end of last year my main target when I started training was to get into the Royal Marines. With Sean’s help I managed to pass a number of tests which included Mile and a half run, press ups, pull ups and chin ups, these improve dramatically were I was training with Sean and thanks to Seans help I’m now at Royal Marine College.
