I lost 7 inches across my waist and hips, 4.5 off my legs, and 13.5 body fat. Losing all that weight made me feel really good about myself, I’ve become a lot more active and I can do a lot more. With Sean’s help I managed to pass a number of tests which included Mile and a half run, press ups, pull ups and chin ups, these improve dramatically were I was training with Sean and thanks to Seans help I’m now at Royal Marine College.
