The sessions are full-on, but pitched at exactly the right level (even for someone like myself who hadn’t been in a gym for years), well balanced between different exercises and challenges, and with an impressive focus on technique that make it clear how well he knows his subject. For my boys he also incorporates loads of useful information about diet, and how to use specific exercises to help with their different sports. He’s even chipped in to help my 12 year old with techniques, and included an introductory exercise plan, and generally tries to help all the boys whenever he can. Overall, you couldn’t ask for more, and I would VERY highly recommend him.

I train every week with my boyfriend and his brother, which alongside Sean is great for motivation. We always have fun and I feel so good after every session knowing that I have achieved something positive.

He shows great patience and care, and when I am unable to do a particular exercise he finds an alternative which I can manage.
