Hi I’m Patricia I’m actually about to be 55 which obviously was a concern but four years ago I remember trying to climb up the stairs and I felt so unfit get the fetus I’ve ever been he was very writer as four years later my life has changed I was torn last year that my heart was fitter than it was three years previously I’m in much better shape much better have I generally feel that so much younger so I would say working out with shown has really worked for me.

With Sean’s help I managed to pass a number of tests which included Mile and a half run, press ups, pull ups and chin ups, these improve dramatically were I was training with Sean and thanks to Seans help I’m now at Royal Marine College.
