Small Group Personal Training (3 – 5 People)

Positive energy breeds success.

Our small group personal training sessions which bring 3 – 5 similar minded individuals together to train towards the same goals are becoming increasingly popular. In our eyes this is directly attributed to the key fact that they offer greater motivation and more personalised benefits than just a normal group exercise class.

In example, where it’s common to often get overlooked during an exercise class we always ensure that you continually get shown the correct techniques on the most personally appropriate exercises during every session.

Further to this great benefit exercising in a small group also gives you a better training structure, as it provides the opportunity for us to regularly assess overall progress and subsequently tweak your training goals if needed.

Lastly and perhaps most importantly small group training for some can be more enjoyable as it breaks up the rigour of regularly training on your own. This in turn can heighten your motivation levels as you subsequently have more accountability and a platform inside and outside of the sessions to share your experiences.

Initial Goal Assessment

Bespoke Initial Assessment

In your first session a full consultation will take place which will review your body composition, general health, movement patterns and current cardiovascular fitness levels. These processes are completed at this stage of your training to help put together the correct strategy to achieve both your short-term and long-term goals.
1 Free PT Session

Personalised Exercise Plan

Building on the initial assessment findings and consultation your trainer will put together and send over a suitable exercise plan with embedded video links for you to follow outside of your regular personal training sessions to help achieve your current goals.
Complementary Programs

Free Nutrition Guidance

Despite being unable to write bespoke nutrition plans your trainer will still email you a useful nutrition resource guide to read through alongside an overview of your daily calorie requirement and recommended macro-nutrient intake.
24 / 7 Support

Regular Reviews

Outside of your brief 5-week body composition evaluation your trainer will always re-review this again in full alongside all of your comprehensive health and fitness assessments from 10 weeks before.
