1-1 Personal Training

At regular points on our lifelong exercise continuum we will find a style of training that best fits our goals and routine at that moment in time. The duration of this training period may of course last months, years or even decades. However, irrespective of this windows longevity our training focus will always naturally evolve in line with the physical and personal development that we all go through in life.

As we know all of us learn in different ways and at different speeds which is why some often require a greater level of personalised 1-1 exercise coaching. This format of training is also required for those with psychological or social preferences and those that are looking to achieve specific individual goals often inclusive of vast body composition changes, advanced resistance training techniques and injury rehabilitation.

Initial Goal Assessment

Bespoke Initial Assessment

In your first session a full consultation will take place which will review your body composition, general health, movement patterns and current cardiovascular fitness levels. These processes are completed at this stage of your training to help put together the correct strategy to achieve both your short-term and long-term goals.
1 Free PT Session

Personalised Exercise Plan

Building on the initial assessment findings and consultation your trainer will put together and send over a suitable exercise plan with embedded video links for you to follow outside of your regular personal training sessions to help achieve your current goals.
Complementary Programs

Free Nutrition Guidance

Despite being unable to write bespoke nutrition plans your trainer will still email you a useful nutrition resource guide to read through alongside an overview of your daily calorie requirement and recommended macro-nutrient intake.
24 / 7 Support

Regular Reviews

Outside of your brief 5-week body composition evaluation your trainer will always re-review this again in full alongside all of your comprehensive health and fitness assessments from 10 weeks before.
