The SB 123 Philosophy
Our unique approach to health and fitness is built upon the belief that everyone is an individual and therefore should be treated as such.
STEP 1 Refine your mindset
Changing your mindset towards exercise and nutrition will take time and knowledge. Our goal throughout the 10 weeks is to equip you with the knowledge and skills to make permanent changes to your lifestyle. These changes will be bought about by a better understanding of what works for your body and how regular targeted training and nutrition make you feel better equipped to handle all aspects of your life.
STEP 2 Optimise your Nutrition
Without changing your nutrition your training will not succeed in transforming your health. With nutrition there is no one size fits all. Your diet will need to be different depending on you training goals, weight, age and state of health. Our nutritionist will work with you to develop a plan that works for your body and your training goals. You will also have access to 5 seminars that will help you to understand more about nutrition and what your body needs. These seminars are aimed at keeping you on track with your transformation but also changing your attitude and understanding of food in a permanent way.
STEP 3 Personalise your workout
Every person is different from their current level of fitness to the their fitness goals and so every training plan must also be different. With small group training you experience the benefits of the personalised approach to your exercise routine with the added fun and motivation of working out with other people.

How many people can sign-up for the SB123? Each course is only open to 5 individuals. *Note that our SB123 programs will not run unless this number of participants is achieved prior to launch.
When do the sessions take place? In the evenings on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
What are running times? Each SB123 training session lasts 60 minutes.
Where is the SB123 held? Each our SB 123 courses run from the Junction Sports and Leisure Centre, Broadstone (BH18 8AX)
Next course starts: September 2018.
How much does the SB123 Cost? Each SB123 course is £500 paid across 3 installments. All features bought separately would cost you over £850 saving you over £350.
